Why don't I see my payments from previous months?

This report shows the information for the current month. To access previous months, you must filter by month and select the one you want to consult. You can also search for a date based on a range of transactions in the reports section.

Why does it show only a single currency and a total reflected?

The report shows the currency according to the configuration of receipt of funds from the merchant, that is, the currency of credit to the account. The total amount is the sum of all the currencies already converted, according to the real rate at the time of payment.

How is the conversion rate of my payments calculated?

The exchange rate is defined by a third-party query (Fixer.io) in real time that provides information according to various reliable sources, including the European Central Bank. In this sense, Lukapay does not make charges, nor does it generate income from rate differentials. It is important to note that consultations are not carried out, therefore, those currencies that are controlled by their governments are exchanged (like the Venezuelan Bolivar or the Argentine Peso).

Where can I see all received transactions?

All transactions can be located in the reports section according to country, agency, and other filters.

Are gross sales included in the Lukapay commission?

Yes, Luka commissions are included. To calculate the disbursement, the detailed transactions must be downloaded in the reports section.

Where can I see the Lukapay commission?

In the reports section, click on transaction details, which contains the reference field to the transaction fee.
