User Profiles

Owner

Has full access to:

  • Profiles of all brands that their business has active in Luka.
  • All control panels: reports, payment requests, deferred payments, refunds, and users.
  • Permissions to create and modify users of all branches belonging to the brands of their business in Luka.

Administrator

Has full access to:

  • A single brand profile.
  • All control panels: reports, payment requests, deferred payments, refunds, and users.

Permissions include:

  • Viewing all reports of the brand branches to which the user belongs
  • Sending payment requests
  • Approving/Rejecting deferred payments
  • Requesting refunds (applicable only for credit card payments in USD)
  • Creating and modifying the user list of the branch to which they belong
  • Resetting user passwords

Operator

Limited access to:

  • Viewing the control panel
  • Viewing and downloading reports for the branch to which the user belongs
  • Viewing deferred payments

Extended Operator

Limited access to:

  • Viewing the control panel
  • Viewing and downloading reports for the branch to which the user belongs
  • Sending payment requests
  • Approving/Rejecting deferred payments

POS Operator

Access to the Luka POS application from mobile devices.

Add a User

  1. Go to business.lukapay.io/access and log in with your credentials.
  2. In the side menu, click on Users.
  3. Select the Add User button on the right side of the screen.
  4. Fill in the requested information and click Save.

Delete a User

  1. Go to business.lukapay.io/access and log in with your credentials.
  2. In the side menu, select Users.
  3. Locate the user you want to delete in the control panel and select the delete option (Trash can icon).
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the user.

Deactivate a User

  1. Go to business.lukapay.io/access and log in with your credentials.
  2. In the side menu, select Users.
  3. Locate the user you want to edit in the control panel and click the edit button on the right (Pencil icon).
  4. Expand the list, select Inactive, and confirm.

How to Recover Your User Password for the Luka Dashboard

  1. To recover your password, first select the "Forgot your password?" option on the login page of the Dashboard.

  2. Enter the email associated with your account and click "Reset password".

  3. You will then see a message like the one below:

    Your password has been changed.

  4. After that, you will receive an email that will redirect you to the page where you need to set your new password.

note

If you encounter issues accessing the Dashboard, make sure you have access to the email that was initially configured for the branch. If another email is required, the request must come via email from upper management.
