How to Pay in Dollars

Credit Card / Debit Card​

  1. Select the Credit/Debit Card option as the payment method.
  2. Complete the required details:
    • Cardholder's Name
    • Card Number
    • Expiration Date
    • Security Code (CVV)
    • Card Issuing Country
  3. Accept the terms and conditions and click on Pay.

Zelle​

  1. Select the Zelle option as the payment method.
  2. Open the Zelle app and make the payment.

On the screen, you will see all the necessary details to complete the Zelle transaction.

The data shown is for reference purposes only, and should not be used as real information for making a transfer. Always validate the details before proceeding, as they may vary.

  1. Click on the "Register Payment" button.
  2. Complete the required details, accept the terms and conditions, and click on Pay:
    • Name of the Zelle account user from which the payment was made.
    • Reference Number.

Make sure to enter the full number. It's recommended to copy and paste it to avoid errors.

Don't confuse the letter "O" with the number "0", or the letter "L" with the letter "I".

Do not include special characters (:. , ; #).

If your bank does not display the reference number on the payment receipt, log into your account and find it in your transactions.

  1. Confirm the reference number and click on Continue.

It is important to enter the reference number accurately. If incorrect data is entered, the transaction may be rejected, and you will need to repeat the process with a new payment link.

PayPal​

  1. Select the PayPal option as the payment method, accept the terms and conditions, and click on the PayPal button.
  2. Enter your PayPal account details.
  3. Review the information presented, verify it, and complete the payment.

Open Banking​

  1. Select the Bank Transfer option as the payment method, accept the terms and conditions, and click on the Pay button.
  2. A new tab will open where you must select your bank's country. Then, from the available banks, choose yours and click Continue.

Each bank has a different process, so make sure to fill out the required information and follow each instruction displayed.

After completing the payment on the bank's platform, you will be redirected back to the Luka page. If the payment was successful, you will see an "Approved" message. On this page, you will have the option to download the receipt and receive a payment confirmation via email if desired.

Register Transfer​

  1. Select the Transfer option as the payment method, select the destination bank, and complete the transfer using the Transfer Details displayed on the screen. Once the transfer is complete, click on Register Transfer.

You may have the option to select the account to which you want to make the transfer.

  1. Complete the required details:
    • Account Holder's Name
    • Transfer Date
    • Reference Number
  2. Then, accept the terms and policies and click on the Transfer button.
