How to Pay in Bolivar

Credit Card

1. Select the Credit Card option as the payment method.
2. Complete the required information:
   • Cardholder Name
   • Cardholder ID
   • Card Number
   • Expiration Date
   • Security Code (CVV)
3. Accept the terms and policies and click on pay.

Mobile Payment

1. Select the Mobile Payment option as the payment method and choose the issuing bank.

2. Log into your bank, make the Mobile Payment, and click on Register Payment. On the screen, you will see all the necessary information to complete the Mobile Payment.

3. Complete the required information:

   Remember that at this step you must complete with the information of the mobile payment account holder.

   • ID Number
   • Mobile Number associated with the Mobile Payment
   • Transaction Date
   • Reference Number

   You can find the reference number in the confirmation of the Mobile Payment. Remember to enter the full reference number.

4. Accept the terms and conditions and click on pay.

C2P Mobile Payment

1. Select the C2P Mobile Payment option as the payment method.
2. Complete the required information and click on continue.
   • Mobile Payment Number
   • ID document affiliated with the Mobile Payment
   • Issuing Bank
3. Enter the C2P payment code and click on pay. Depending on the chosen bank, instructions on how to request the code will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Mercantil Debit

1. Select the Mercantil Debil option as the payment method.
2. Complete the required information and click on continue.
   • Cardholder Name
   • Cardholder ID
   • Card Number
3. Complete the required information, accept the Terms and Policies, and click on pay.
   • Expiration Date of the card
   • CVV (the group of three or four digits located on the back of the card)
   • Account Type
   • Phone Key

Credicard Debit

1. Select the Credicard Debit option as the payment method.
2. Complete the required information and click on continue.
   • Issuing Bank
   • Cardholder ID
   • Cardholder Name
   • Card Number
3. Complete the required information, accept the Terms and Policies, and click on pay.
   • Expiration Date of the card
   • CVV (the group of three or four digits located on the back of the card)
   • Account Type
   • Card Key

Register Transfer

1. Select the bank from which the transfer will be made.
2. Select the Transfer option as the payment method and make the transfer to the Transfer Data displayed on the screen. Once the transfer is made, click on Register Transfer. You may have the option to select the account to which you wish to make the transfer.
3. Complete the required information:
   • Depositor Name
   • ID
   • Deposit Date
   • Reference Number
4. Then, accept the terms and policies and click on the Transfer button.

BanescoPagos

1. Select the BanescoPago option as the payment method. You may have the option to select the account from which you wish to make the transfer.
2. You must accept the terms and policies and click the Start button.
3. A new tab will open; you must select the source bank of the funds and click Accept.
4. Choose the payment method:
   • Account Code
   • Special Operations Phone
5. Choose the operation approval method:
   • Direct approval, for which you need:
     • Account code or Special Immediate Operations phone
     • ID
   • Authorization code, for which you need:
     • Account code or Special Immediate Operations phone
     • ID
     • Authorization code
6. Confirm and view the Payment Receipt. Click the "Accept" button to complete the payment operation or the "Print" button if you want to save the receipt.

During this process, you will need to interact with both the BanescoPagos window and the destination bank window simultaneously to generate and register the data that authorize the payment. This action has 90 seconds from the time the BanescoPagos window is opened to complete the process.

BDV Payment Button

1. Select the Payment Button (with the Banco de Venezuela logo) as the payment method.
2. Complete the required information:
   • Phone number affiliated with the Banco de Venezuela
   • ID document
3. Accept the terms and policies and click the Start button.
4. A new tab will open where you must select the payment method to use from the two available options.
   • Banco de Venezuela
   • Credit from Other Banks

If you select option 1 (Banco de Venezuela):

1. Select the type of account.
2. Select Email as the authentication method.
3. Enter the code you received in your email.
4. If the payment was made successfully, you will see a message saying "Operation completed successfully." The Banco de Venezuela tab will then close, and you will see the payment Approved on the Luka platform.

If you select option 2 (Credit from Other Banks):

1. Complete your credit card information and click on Continue.
   • Card Number
   • Name on the Card
   • Expiration Date
   • CVV
2. Select SMS as the authentication method.
3. Enter the code you received via SMS to the phone number you entered earlier and click Continue.
4. If the payment was made successfully, you will see a message saying "Operation completed successfully." The Banco de Venezuela tab will then close, and you will see the payment Approved on the Luka platform.
